  • Payment information: Billing details processed by Paddle (our Merchant of Record). We do not store your full credit card information.
  • Communications: Messages you send to us via email or support channels.

Information Collected Automatically

  • Usage data: Pages visited, features used, and interactions within the app.
  • Device information: Browser type, operating system, and screen resolution.
  • IP address: Collected for security, fraud prevention, and analytics purposes.
  • Cookies: Used for authentication, preferences, and analytics. See Section 8 below.

  • Process your resume and cover letter content using AI.
  • Generate ATS scores and content recommendations.

  • We only send the minimum data necessary to generate suggestions.

  • Third-party providers process data according to their own privacy policies and data processing agreements.

  • Supabase — Authentication and database storage.
  • Paddle — Payment processing (Merchant of Record).
  • OpenAI — AI-powered resume analysis and suggestions.
  • PostHog — Product analytics (anonymized usage data).
  • Vercel — Website and application hosting.

Each provider operates under their own privacy policy and complies with applicable data protection laws.

7. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard practices:

  • Data is stored in Supabase with encryption at rest and in transit.
  • Authentication is handled using secure, token-based systems.
  • We use HTTPS for all data transmission.
  • Access to personal data is restricted to authorized personnel only.

While we implement reasonable safeguards, no system is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.
